i dont think that'll fly in court.

friend of mine had his iphone mounted to the dash, he was dialing a number at a red light and was pulled over for it.

contested it, went to court, and because he didn't hold it in his hand he was acquitted.

Ouin mais faut quand même que tu regarde le screen de ta console quand tu défile les contacts (parce que souvent la madame comprend pas quand tu lui dicte le nom). Faque c'est retour à la case départ.

J'me suis fait rentrer dedans par une fille qui s'est fait rentrer dedans par une folle qui roulait 70km/h 30 pieds avant un stop à cause que texter à ce moment-là était plus important que braker pour pas emboutir 2 chars arrêtés.

J'étais en tabarnak, pis j'y aurais ben fait avaler son crisse de cell.

J'vois AUCUNE raison valable pour vouloir texter en roulant, si c'est si urgent que ça, arrêtes-toi sur le bord, spa compliqué messemble. Pis au pire, appelle avec ton Bluetooth si tu veux pas t'arrêter pis que c'est vraiment urgent.

Aussi, la loi c'est de tenir ton cell dans tes mains, si le policier peut prouver ça, que tu t'en serves ou pas, ça change rien. Pour ceux qui gossent sur leur système de navigation, vous avez rien à craindre, ça tiendrais JAMAIS en cour. La loi, le policier est pas payé pour la comprendre, juste pour l'appliquer. C'est au juge de décider si le cas présent est une infraction ou pas.

Tsé cette loi-là, c'est pour protéger le monde correct contre les ignorants sur le chemin. Moi j'dit qu'on finance un tank par ville, pis quand y'a un cave qui cause un accident à cause de son cell, la personne avec le char accidenté a le droit de prendre le tank pis de passer sur le char de l'épais.

After watching a guy burning a solid red because he was so busy texting that he had no clue that he even reached an intersection, yeah go ahead with the points and add 500$ ticket too. There is no good reason to be on your stupid phone constantly while driving, stupid lonely people.

I'm saying this in general, not targeting anyone here.
 
Je veux que cette loi passe!

J'utilise le Transport adapté de la STM et beaucoup de chauffeurs (de taxi) parlent sans arrêt au téléphone. Ça affecte vraiment leur conduite.

Read thru this thread and I see a lot of short sighted idiots who agree with this BS because "oh yeah, that guy crashed, ran a red, drove into another lane, etc....". What you don't understand is that this law is much more oriented to tax collecting cops in the sense that discretion is no longer used and somebody who safely picks up there phone to change the music at a red light will be handed a 9 point ticket because they're "using" a handheld cellular equipped device.

So those of you who think measures like this are for the greater good, well you should stick the business end of a Quebec registered non-restricted long arm in your mouth, put your dick in the trigger guard and wait until you get a hard on for the next draconian tax collecting measure they propose.

Wow MR qui se fie sur un texte de TVA POUBELLES pour dire qu'un coroner est retardé... Voir que c'est juste parce que yavait un cell dans le char qu'il en est arrivé à cette conclusion là. Quand mon frère a eu un accident yont dit qu'il avait des côtes cassées et qu'il était en état d'ébriété. Guess what? Aucun des deux était vrai. Le coroner lui il était sur place et il avait assez de preuves pour affirmer que l'esti de moron utilisait son cellulaire. C'est si dur que ca attendre d'avoir fini de conduire pour prendre son cell? Vous zignez pas déjà assez avec all day long? Et pour ceux qui disent qu'ils n'ont pas le choix de l'utiliser au volant car ça fait partie de leur travail, ca vaut la peine d'investir dans un bluetooth non?

Tha fck is wrong with people saying its dangerous to talk and drive. Did half ur brain get removed so u cant do something so simple as talk and drive ?

It makes no fckin difference if ur holding ur cell in ur hand or use bluetooth. Most people drive automatic so why tha fck do u need 2 hands for .

Govermemt uses the pretext of holding a cell phone to tax us more. If u cant see that obvious scam then yes u shouldn't talk and drive cause sir parts of ur brain are missing.

Txt and drive on the other hand is actualy dangerous because unlike TALKING you look at ur phone instead of the road but 9 points is exagerated.

So to this i say SIRI FTW cause i can dictate what to txt. Now if only i could teach her frenglish and slangs she would be perfect
