Need advice - Neighbor let's his untrained dog run wild

Ça sert à rien calvaire de s'en prendre au chien! Il va le retrouver mort et aller en acheter un autre en agissant de façon toujours aussi imbécile et insouciante, ça règlera rien!

Le chien, c'est une machine à manger des biscuits. Il va se laisser approcher c'est certain avec ça. Une fois qu'il est approchable, tu lui met le colier.
 
Another case of a bad dog owner but when something happens the dog is to blame. People who are telling him to kill poison and so on are fucking retarded. Call spca make a complaint they might come investigate the dog and if they see he's not taken care of properly they will take him and maybe put him to sleep if so be it. Your all a bunch of fucking ignorant people. :)
 
Leave a written note to the owner telling him that the cops, SPCA & city have all been notified... mention something about gross negligence... deliver said note through his window tied to a brick.
 
make a vid using your phone when it's outside, have a friend come by in a car and try to get out so there is proof that the dog is aggressive. go to the police and city and complain your head off, just keep calm so you don't look like a moron. now we have a guy here walking two pits with no leash, I might have to double up on screwdrivers
 
Le dernier chien lousse que j'ai rencontré ces une conne de voisine , Son chien a mordu mon chien . j'ai sauté sur le chien et je l'ai frappé jusqua ten qui parle en chialant . j'ai apellé la police.

Surment que la police a rien crissé mais si sa arrive une autre fois je sort un club de golf et je swing le plus fort que je peut

If the dog doesn't have tags, its a hefty fine if he gets caught. Especially if he's not operated. You can always call the SPCA, I've already done it with a lost dog around metro de L'Eglise and they don't mess around, they answer pretty quick.

I'm pretty sure I know which dog you're talking about, there's one sumbitch that deserves a good knock out in the avenues...

Try bringing back the dog to the owner and talking out of it. The last thing you wanna do is get scared / rude / defensive in front of said dog - that's what will make him anxious and get him aggressive.
If nothing works out I'd call the cops to know your rights, they handle things pretty good in the area.
 
Yup just seen them pull a black guy over on his bike on Verdun and Rielle. They do their job really good there.

Don't take this as offensive, but I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic or not.

I'm not joking when I'm talking about the cops. I had to deal with retards twice in the area ( neighbors & another situation ) and they ALWAYS were very polite, were on the spot in less than 3 minutes.
The hombres were real gents on the phone and even the ladies I spoke with on the street concerning parking spots were very patient.
 
Le chien va se faire frapper anyway par une automobile si y le laisse toujours lousse comme ça.
Justement, même mon doberman qui est trained je ne le laisse plus "lousse" dû à notre grand terrain entouré de chevreuils et une route à 100km\h.
Beaucoup trop dangereux, je le fais aussi par respect pour les voisins (même s'ils sont loin) de ne pas se retrouver face à face avec mon doberman, même s'il est aucunement malin.

That said, je me suis retrouvé face to face avec trois chiens lousses à date, un a attacké mon chien, et les deux autres ont rien fait mais une des deux était un rotweiller assé gros qui
n'avait pas l'air content de nous voir. Il s'est jamais approché de moi et mon chien, j'y ais dis de GTFO. That said, si il s'approchait il mangeait un coup de pied sa yeule.

Don't take any risks, even if it's a very lovely dog, il peut montrer de l'agression à tout moment, ne jamais jamais truster un chien que tu ne connais pas.
Call the cops and go see the owner make sure he understands.
He'll most likely not listen since he's already not respecting the people there.

Tu veux une solution radicale ?

Un de mes voisins aussi avait un chien qui chiait partout dans le voisinage. J'ai demandé à ce voisin de tenir son chien en laisse et de ramasser les merdes qu'il laissait. Il m'a ri au nez. J'ai donc systematiquement prit les merdes de son chien avec un sac plastique puis j'ai enduit avec ces merdes l’intérieur de la poignée conducteur de son char et de sa porte de garage. Apres 3 jours, son chien était en laisse et plus aucunes nouvelles merdes qui traînaient... :)
 
It sucks but this dog will probably die no matter what.

It's just gonna take longer if the SPCA does it....
