MR Dad Advice thread

Sup guys,

Enjoying my son, he's now 6 months old and I have a problem I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice on.

Diapers: These things don't fucking work at all. He's on size 3 now, we are alternating between huggies and pampers. These fucking things leak everytime... I thought the point of a diaper was to keep the piss and shit inside of it. Why is it everytime my son takes a shit, within seconds, poo is leaking out the back, and sides of the legs. Every diaper change is a fucking nightmare, shit covered diaper, shit covered clothes.

So is there a diaper on the market that actually keeps the shit inside the fucking diaper? Other then scotch taping the diaper to his skin at this point(which i obviously won't do) is there a fucking solution here?

For the price of these diapers and how they don't absorb shit and leak and ruin all his clothes anyways, why the fuck am I bothering with them?

Any recomendations?

Go buy at costco i take the kirkland brand and those are good it's 35 $ for a box like 170 diaper

I don't think his problem is with how much bang he is getting for his buck but rather how he isn't getting ANY bang for his buck as far as those fucking diapers go.

I don't have a kid so I can't comment but shit man... that sounds like a very shitty problem to have. I wouldn't want to have shit leaking from my kid's pants in public...

I had no idea one could have problems with diapers..I mean...its really the SOLE purpose of those fuckin things lol...

what brand are you using? Luckily my son doesn't take shits at night, only during the day/afternoon evening.
I just don't get why these fucking things don't work.

i'll pay 200$ a box right now if i can get a brand that doesn't leak. I guess it's possible both myself and my wife are putting them on wrong, but i realllly doubt that. I mean the pampers brand don't even have an elastic for the back like the huggies do.

I just cant stand these fucking shit explosions, there's gotta be a way to keep the shit in the fucking diaper. LOL FML

for sure, dude, literally he's doing his exersaucer, we hear him take a dump, by the time he's on the changing table it's leaked through the damn diaper and on his clothes. it's gotten so discouraging that as soon as we here him fart now, he's getting checked.

size 3 is good for 16 to 26 pounds, i mean how is it supposed to work good if the size of the baby varies so much.

C'est un bébé bien dodu! :)

Comme j'ai un bébé de taille svelte (à 6-7mois, elle pesait un peu plus de 10lbs), je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes de couches qui débordent sur une base chronique.

maybe a rookie mistake but when you put it on, make sure you pull the elastics around his leg out so they "seal". IE: when you put it on the elastic around the leg needs to really be pulled out so it seals

there is no secret...
 
Kirkland est fait par huggies, j'utilise Pampers ou Huggies peut importe lequel tombe en spécial, puis en ce moment j'ai des kirkland.

As-tu essayé de les serrer plus? Vérifie le dos aussi pour être sur qui est remonté complètement.. dunno!
