Black dude in a Toyota Echo [G53 ***] coming onto the 40 East at the WI. You might think that you are cool entering the hwy at 80 making me slow down and then you keep slowing down to 50 while staring at me in your mirror. You are an ignorant ahole playing a stupid game at a very bad spot, let's hope you play your game with an 18 wheeler next time. Or were you fishing for insurance money but got no balls to do a full stop after entering the hwy? No video, I was driving a client's car.

Morons driving those cars on the hwy always do something stupid like they have to prove something. They cruise at 90 on the hwy till you catch up and change lane to pass, then they start accelerating. It's the most common stupidity I see from Echo and old Accent drivers.
