Une bombe vient d'éclater à la ligne d'arrivée du marathon de Boston.

^Falafel is the nicest MR member I've met in person and more accomplished than pretty much everyone in this thread.

Whatever is happening there it fucking stinks. Thousand cops and swat team losing a 19yr old kid within 20 blocks.
Now evertything is good, get out it's safe..complete BS.

I'm not the one to be intersted in conspiracy theories but this one just screams like it. Been following since midnight

^ i think he was gone even before the police came to lockdown watertown. Updates still happening on Reddit, i have no more police scans as they block each one i know.

Shits going down

RT @911BUFF: RIGHT NOW - MASSIVE GUN BATTLE IN WATERTOWN! 'ALL UNITS TAKE COVER'. SCANNER. #911BUFF

He clearly has no military training... they made two bombs with a kill count of 3 people with a ridiculously small blast radius. Any illiterate Iraqi kid would have made a better bomb than those two who probably followed the instructions on a random website. 36 hours after the bombing he is not only still in the Boston area, but in his neighborhood probably robing a 7/11 and making a withdrawal at the ATM. Clearly he had no idea of what he was doing and how to deal with it as a fugitive since he's leaving such a huge electronic trail behind him and probably had is cellphone on him for a while. At this point he's only being lucky and facing under trained cops in Watertown before the tactical teams showed up. I mean seriously? they probably shot 300 rounds at them last night and he still got away...

They were NOT involved in the robing

That's what I find weird, you would think that the most wanted man in America would at least leave the city.

inb4 united states announcing a new war to (insert dramatic music here) TERRORIST

My thoughts exactly. Create a precedent and all future warrantless searches are easier to perform.

i'd feel scared about constitutional rights being violated, but we live in Quebec, where we have no rights to begin with

And this is why misc will always be better than MROT, people who actually think for themselves

I don't think this scenario would work for overseas but like KP said , it sets the standard for future unconstitutional searches . It makes it seem ok
