10 000 for my next car.

I'm currently in the market for a new used car! My budget is 10 000 dollars and under.. What would you suggest? I was thinking about getting a mint 1999 or 2000 Civic Coupe, a B5 S4/A4, MK4 GTI, Lexus IS300... I'd like to get more ideas from MR members! Thanks!

1999 or 2000 Civic Coupe = ti-coune
B5 S4/A4 = somewhat expensive maintenance and reliability not the greatest.
MK4 GTI = no comment
Lexus IS300 = overpriced for what it is and what it has to offer.
