Not much change in numbers. I've definitely put on some muscle and feel a lot better. That's what's most important.

What is rush fit exactly? Are you trying to lose weight? Because if you do putting yourself on a strong diet and doing fat burning exercises at the gym is best. 1.5lb is pretty weak for a month if your goal was to lose weight, and is most probably weight fluctuation. I, sometimes fluctuate as much as 2-3kg a day depending on what i eat and how much water I drink.

I went down to 221, back up to 223, and now I'm back down to 221.
My legs have gotten a lot bigger. To the point that a lot of my jeans are tight now. Noticeable my shoulders and traps are bigger. Also been working muscles I've never really done like lats and hardcore abs/core.
Rushfit is basically a a fitness routine I guess. You work on strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility. I originally wanted to do Insanity, but figured Rushfit would be better since it's more rounded.

My goal is to lose weight, but really it's more of a health and fitness thing. I worked ridiculously hard last winter/spring to go from 250 to a muscular 190. Then I got fat again because shit happened in my life and I lost motivation and had more comfort in eating a bag of chips and drinking a 2L of coke while watching a movie.

This week I'll probably lose close to 5lbs because of work. My eating will change and I'll be more active.
I also got a friend to start Rushfit so there's some friendly competition and pushing each other. Also going to start hitting the gym in a couple weeks.

I have a very loose goal which is to get to 180. I've been thinking about going to the gym a lot though so I'd still be happy at 190ish again

Aside from a weekly basketball game, and occasional free weights at home, skiing and cycling, I haven't really done any kind of disciplined workout-exercise in the last 6 years, and haven't been lifting since 8 years. I drink alot of beer and wine, eat like a pig, and don't get much exercise.

This wednesday I'm starting a mix of combat systema, combat conditioning and kempo jujitsu. The goal isn't to get built, just to start doing some more regular exercise. Won't be changing any of my eating or drinking habits.
