LOL i`ve been doing kyokushin karate for 17 years before hitting the gym ... i guess i already had a base..alot of ``blacks`` are sport oriented so ahhh idk wtf im saying lol.

Not much change in numbers. I've definitely put on some muscle and feel a lot better. That's what's most important.

Great stuff man keep on working out you'll be even more pumped when you start seeing the changes !!!
 
I just finished 2 costco hotdogs and a coke...

So hard to diet... I've cut splurging on dessert and started taking some vitamins to help balance my nutrition but it's not something to keep up long term. I need to really get into the habit of proper eating. I feel like I'm in my "zone", better fit, somewhat maintain junky diet but can't get better and can't get worse. I'm doing what I can... I have 1 month to cut as much as possible before leaving for Europe for some time...

Q: Would you work out while backpacking Europe and if so what simple exercises would you do in the morning/evening. My diet on the trip will be shit too...

550 cal (per hot dog!!)
33g fat
1750mg sodium
46g carbs
24g protein

It's safe to say : you done goofed son!

Costco dogs are pure trash for your system, just go with smoked meat if you really want to have something.
Stay far from the provolone sandwich too...

Try working out after 1 costco dog, you'll feel that shit gargling in your throat the whole time

une grosse patate... Voici 3 photos, ça faisait déjà 1 mois de training en commençant.

Différence = -30 livres

Thanks! I started november 19th, lost steadily 10 pounds a month until the 3rd one. It's been much harder since then but
the transformation is slowly showing up!

There's really no miracle solution though...

Gym 5 to 6 times per week, clean(ish) eating

Did some reading, I'm much more conscious of what enters my body calorie and macro wise
