I just finished 2 costco hotdogs and a coke...
So hard to diet... I've cut splurging on dessert and started taking some vitamins to help balance my nutrition but it's not something to keep up long term. I need to really get into the habit of proper eating. I feel like I'm in my "zone", better fit, somewhat maintain junky diet but can't get better and can't get worse. I'm doing what I can... I have 1 month to cut as much as possible before leaving for Europe for some time...
Q: Would you work out while backpacking Europe and if so what simple exercises would you do in the morning/evening. My diet on the trip will be shit too...
