That's about it... I have more pics that are to large to post... Picked up a couple of car magazines & a Tomica Store limited edition 1;64 scale Toyota 2000GT... All in all, if you like cars, HK & Tokyo are definitely worthwhile!

That "stanced" notchback is just fucked.

EF looks so clean from the pics. Thanks for sharing! I must say though, I'm so glad that I don't live anywhere near there. The lack of space would drive me insane.

E30 M3 cabs are rare indeed! The japanese have taste in cars, I'll tell you that... So do the residents of HK... I saw a few very nice UK classics while in Hong Kong (interceptor MKIII, XK150 DHC, Rolls Silver Cloud from the mid-50s...)

Wow, they have some baller cars in China. That Rat rod was so cool. Not so much for the Century woody, must be one of those asian fetishes we hear so much about.

Fetishes... You can't even start to fathom... Them cosplay chicks in Harajuku put the jailbait thread to shame... SRS!

Yes Japan had both LHD and RHD, infact lots of Euro`s and American cars in LHD.

Funny how they can live with both in a safe way but we are to dumb to live with it here.

I love the pics, thanks for sharing! Simply Awesome

Very nice pictures! That C2 Porsche is gorgeous.

Love Japan, especially Tokyo. Hands down one of the cleanest cities ever, you can practically lick the floor that's how clean it is. Did you go around the Ginza aera by any chance, plenty of gorgeous cars in that aera. I hope you had some Shabu-shabu while you were in there!

The cost of living in Japan is ridiculously expensive. I remember when arrived there at night, a cab ride from Narita to Tokyo was a couple hundred dollars.

Amen to that... A cab ride from NRT to Shinjuku would be like 300usd more or less... The best way to get DT Tokyo is without a doubt the N'EX (Narita express)... I found a deal on JReast (Japan Railway) for a deal on a 2000Y preloaded Suika (their OPUS) combined with a N'ex round-trip for the cost of 8000Y... better than the 27500Y approx. price of a cab...

Yes I did go to Ginza for a day; some of the pics , including the 964 & the GTR32 are from there actually! No shabu-shabu tho; I'll admit to cheaping out after splurging waaaaay too much in HK... BTW HK was actually way cleaner all in all than Tokyo; much less littering in parks & a way better waste management system (there's a garbage can like every 50 meters...) Mind that air quality is a whole other story; HKs air is 17x more polluted than the air in NYC for comparison... You dont smell the exhaust fumes at all in Tokyo... Metros are also much cleaner in all 3 countries than anywhere else I've seen since you're not allowed to drink or eat in them...

Ya the one thing I didn't enjoy of my Asian trip was the heavy air pollution, especially in China. Around the Shanghai aera (Wuxi) it's really bad, walking around visting a couple manufactures was no walk in the park, especially in that summer August heat. And don't even get me started on Guangzhou, you can see the polluted air as you land at the airport. But the metro systems there are amazing, Shanghai metro hands down the nicest metro I ever stepped foot in. But what a fucking world it is, would definitely go back to Hong Kong and Tokyo for pleasure rather than business, I would of loved to stay and see more of the sights.

Ça me fait penser que je pourrais partager mes photos de véhicules "spotés" au Japon, à Hong Kong et à Guangzhou mais je suis paresseux pour les mettre sur un serveur d'images web. :)

Do it! I wanna see! Any good ones? I was personally hoping to see more classics while in japan but saw more in HK...

Not suprised to see that old Buick Century woodie there.... Buick is a huge seller in Asia!! Still ugly though haha
