What if cops would starts giving tickets for not using your turn signal...

Well all know the police have been starting to give a lot more useless tickets to raise their quota. So what if they start giving tickets to people that are not using their flashers when they should (stop sign, changing lines on the highway etc...) instead of giving all these stupid tickets.

What would be your position? do you agree/disagree and would be it a good thing?
 
I will never agree with any kind of tickets, but i agree that people who never use there signals are annoying, and even worse, people who forget to shut them off.
 
Non... La majortié du temps je le mets... mais il y a des moments que sa ne me donne rien de le mettre si je ne sens que personne sera en danger pourquoi levé mon doight pour mettre le clignotant.
 
Ils devraient mais avec du bon sens.
Dans le traffic ou à un stop quand l'autre mait pas son clignotant donc tu repart et lautre part et te fonce presque dedant,ticket
Sur lautoroute peu ou pas personne, tolerè

Et voila; la loi du paresseux, ce qui fais qu'on a des conducteurs à chier sur les routes.

-Pourquoi je devrais me tassé dans la voit de droite? Si y veut me passer, qu'il le fasse! Ma continué à roulez 102 dans voie de gauche moi!

-Pourquoi essayer de coordonnez mon entrée sur la route avec les autres chauffeurs? Ma me planté ou je veux et ils feront se qu'ils veulent!

-pourquoi attendre de sortir de mon entrée après qu'il aille pu d'autres véhicules qui passent? Non ma sortir tout suite pis y freinera, c'est à lui de faire plus attention anyways.

Pourquoi allumer mes lumières quand il fait noir? On est en 2013, il on juste a s'allumer tout seule!

Quand on arrive 3 à un stop en même temps, pourquoi que sa serais celui à l'extrême droite à passer? J'ai un civic c'est a moi d'y aller!

Fuck la ligne double moi j'tourne a gauche icite!

Oh tabarnak un nid de poules! Crises les brakes, CRISSE LES BRAKES, derape, crash. Post sur MR.
 
Quand j'étais tout jeune mon père avait eu un ticket pour ça. Et oui ils ont encore le droit de le faire mais la quantité de véhicules a considérablement augmenté depuis le temps. J'imagine que les seul qui se font colé pour ça c les motards pour un tit contrôle.
 
I wrote no, because they have way too many "reasons" to give tickets as it is.

Turn signals are useful but you don't always need to use the damn things, if there's nobody around I see no point in using turn signals

If there's no one around, you won't get a ticket.
 
I would prefer if they stopped people and reminded them of the use of their blinkers, how to use their headlights and that high beams aren't required during the day, how to merge on the highway, and all those little annoying things rather than doing radar on the highway.

A ticket wouldn't be necessary for people to understand, and for the ones that don't, it would be great if those little stops and reminders would go on file at the SAAQ, and after so many times you would have to retake the exam to get to keep your license. Not like demerit points, more like a "driving awareness score".

Perhaps it would help clean up our roads of those brain-dead idiots we have to cope with anywhere we go.

I believe it would serve everyone a thousand times better than any actual ticket, but I'm sure involving money in there would be deemed necessary by the city cops and the SQ...

It's still nice to dream.
 
I'd be fine if they gave out tickets for not using blinkers and less on targeting modified cars etc

Warning/reminder would be nice but sometimes that hit to the wallet might be a better reminder....ok, maybe one warning...do it again, get the ticket.

I really think some people need to have refreshers on driving in general every 5 years though
 

I don't agree with the principle that they drive around robbing money from people but I do hate no clicker assholes, especially at intersections.
 
ticket for not blinking sounds nice and all in theory but we all know in real life it will just become another tool for cops to raise their quota.

just like any other tidious law outhere.

so fuck that, i'd rather deal with assholes on the road than getting myself a ticket for not blinking in the middle of deserted road from some douchebag cop hiding somewhere.

Sa va juste finir en une autre taxe et comme tous les autres tickets sa n'a pratiquement aucun effet dissuasif ou seulement un effet temporaire.

Faudrait trouver autre chose pour faire passer le message....
 
ils peuvent déjà en donner pour des flashers.

ps: yen a qui vont vous faire croire qu'il sont de conducteur exemplaire dans le genre:J'met mon flasher meme quand ya pas un char sur ma rue en entrant a 3H du matin.. coughwinterbeatcough
