Black guy gets arrested for drinking Arizona Ice Tea

Fucking US. Very necessary to arrest this guy for no reason.

The worst part is shit like that happens here all of the time. My buddy who is black got tackled down on his way to work, bruised ribs, sprained ankle, etc... after the cops mistook him for another black guy who had stolen something from the SAQ. Arrested and they won't even drop the resisting arrest charge after they realized he was innocent.

I was sitting at a light listening to frank sinatra with my suit on coming back from work.... and 4 cop cars swarmed my ass and pulled out their weapons asking me to step out of my car...

all this cause some "arab" looking guy went to the park and told the kids and their mothers that he was gonna come back with a gun and shoot them (and his car was a GOLD Grand AM... at the time I was driving a burnt orange cadillac) ...

was pretty funny when i opened the door and the music was still going and I stepped out with a suit and my Bell Canada Corp card hanging from my pants LOL!

they realized right away uhmmm we think we got the wrong guy....

It happened in the west island on Gouin at the corner of Alexander (yes the ghetto) ... lol

I would sue their ass for every penny that I have. Fine, you are looking for a "BLACK" person, I get it.. but then when you realize that YOU( the police) fucked up...you gotta drop ALL charges. Makes no fucking sense.
 
I agree his friend getting his ass kicked is ridiculous but I'm sure there's some kind of ridiculous law protecting the city from getting sued just like pothole laws exist

Althought this situation is messed up (threating to come back and shoot people) I am far from surprised... that neighborhood is beyond fucked. There are some good people there, but the number of times that I hear cop cars blaring down Gouin heading to "THAT Area" :rolleyes:

I'm actually surprised the black guy managed to keep cool, for all he knows this guy could have been some crazy kkk enthusiast with cuffs... Just another rent a cop going on a power trip.
