!!!help!!!e46 m3 oem tail light leds out

Hello,
Does anyone have any experience fixing leds in the e46 tail lights? I have about 15 leds that are out. What exactly do I have to do to fix it? Thx in advance!
 
It's been talked a lot of E46fana ... Seems everyone replaces the whole assembly as it doesn't seem to be worth the labor/time.
 
Not sure if its just taking apart the light and changin the leds...or if its more complicated...because im not much of a handy man lol!
 
On the forums they say its a soldering job. Anyone know what this is and what it entails? Anyone know someone who could do this?
