Yeah black on black looks awesome, thats a no-brainer, but my car is greyish. That's why im still not sure if black is the best. Maybe a gunmetal paint could be nice too.

Well im blacking out the car. Theres chrome everywhere, and those tail & head lights looks horrible and there's no aftermarket choice to switch to, only option is to tint them.
Not sure we have the same definition of tasteless/rice mods, you'd probably be one of those who would critisize the mods I was doing on my Supra during the project (big bodykit, removing the wing, choice of wheels, etc), but once it's done, they all shut up and are all like "wow it looks insane!!".

Dont worry, once I'm done with this car it's gonna look supra-insane.
 
if your car was black I would tell you brushed aluminum or chrome. I hate the murdered out look. You need some kind of contrast in my opinion. Its your car though, you mod it to your taste, that's the point of modding :)
 
blacked out lights is so 90's and perfect on a shit chevy. plus you can get pulled for it. if your limited on your head lights, pull then appart and have them modded or retro-fitted..... i love Vipers but one thats been modded out with the rice burner list hurts. but like every one says, its your car, do what u want, but do it classy ;)

C'etais le 10 mars :)
Je l'ai sorti aussi dimanche passé, il fesais -6, jme suis claqué une ride jusqu'au Mont Saint Hilaire, lots of fun :D

Elle est dé-remiser / assuré depuis le 10, so si la neige est fondu en fds jvais rider encore ces sure!

- Gear de diff 3.73
- kit HID 6000k
- headlight black housing custom (je fais enlever la pélicule teinté)
- MSD spark plug wires
- clear corners
- spacers 1" arrière

Yes sa devrais! L'ex proprio a déja rentré 11.7 avec le diff OEM, alors sa se dépalce quand même pas pire déja... I guess un bon pilote devrais être capable de rentré du 11 bas avec le nouveau diff.
Bien hate de voir sa, tout les gars de viper disent que sa fait vraiment une grosse différence!
 
Je suis pas sur que tu vas gagner 1/2 seconde avec seulement le ratio de diff, mais c'est sur que du coté agrément de conduite l’amélioration est impressionnante.

Bon la voiture est sortie de la shop!! Toute ce qui était prévu a été faite, voici le résultat:

Certain vont être content, j'ai fait enlever la teinture sur la lumiere, on as remplacer sa par un headlight black housing:

Oui, c'est trop bas du devant et pas assez du derriere. Il reste quelque ajustements à faire, le char retourne à la shop lundi pour balancer un peu le tout :)

Et on dirais que sa "glare" dans la photo, mais ces réellement pas le cas en vrai, mes headlights sont de type projecteur et sa fait vraiment un beam.

Plus la gear du différentiel, OUFFF méchante différence!!! wow, ces tellement plus débil comme ca. Enfin je peut utiliser ma 6ieme vitesse pour cruiser (avant en 6ieme a 120 j'etais a comme 1100 rpm et on dirais que le char voulais calé...)
Toute mes vitesses ont grandement gagné de l'accélération, c'étais déja fou avant mais la ces encore plus sick :D Surtout que sa redonner vie un peu a ma troisieme vitesse (je trouvais qu'elle manquais de punch), maintenant c'es perfect :D

Cant wait to have the final "stance" done and finally go to some meets ! :)

Needed: spacers in the front, I know.

I'm going to the shop tonight and we'll get the front fixed and some other final adjustments, it should be ready by tonight late.

So I could go to SoClean meet wednesday, if you wanna come and see it I should be there!

Voila, ces pas encore la stance final (manque un peu plus de drop en arriere et des spacers avant), mais sa ressemble a sa pour l'instant, ces beaucoup plus "streetable" que la stance de hier LOL :D

Merci à Powerhouse Fab pour toute la job effectué sur ma voiture!
