Is there any way you can take legal repercussion or protect yourself from over zealous cops. Just because the cops thinks you're too dark, if you actually conform can you sue him for wasted time and money?
Nope. Because if the cop believes you might be illegal, but doesn't have the tools or knowledge to confirm, he's in all his rights as an officer to send you to someone who will verify. If he was wrong, well... too bad, so sad....
Also can you use the results of 1 inspection to tell them to fuck off the next time.
Nope. Because you could've done the inspection and put illegal tints right after your appointment, therefore even if you passed, you can get sent to inspection again a few minutes later.

This depends on how much of a prick the cop is, but my experience says they're all mostly dicks since they're job is to collect money at this point.
The same way someone gets pulled over for an exhaust, shows an inspection paper saying it was fine, and gets a ticket or gets another inspection because you were legal at the moment of your inspection, and
MAYBE illegal now.

Like I think I told you by PM a while ago.... Just avoid all mods that can
possibly get you pulled over and waste your time. Peace of mind and your butthole doesn't tighten everytime you see a cop nearby.
