He meant any work done on the engine. We have the first Veyron boosted higher than factory. The first one that had any engine work done.
 
Wow in Monaco thats insane! Its like when I saw a CZ plated Skoda Superb in Montreal a few years ago, except its a Veyron. People in Monaco are probably shitting bricks (not at the car but at the single North American plated car)
