Wow I forgot all about these guys, I fucking shat bricks when I saw this post lol. Used to listen to them all the time, played the fuck out of the song "Not Unlike The Waves" because IMO it's one of the best songs they've ever done. There was a phase where I'd only listen to Doom Metal/Funeral Doom etc. a few years ago and for some reason I slowly forgot about it, thanks for reminding me of this type of music. I'm sure you've heard of other bands like Evoken, My Dying Bride, Katatonia, Shape of Despair, Worship, and Skepticism? If not check them out if you like that type of stuff.
