Post a Before/After pic

Nor do i want to. You go ahead a do kipping pullups all day and snatch with bad form, ill keep my joints, ACL and back intact, thank you very much.

I just had my first form class, we practiced the techniques and form for all the class.. anyway I am already training since im 18 so it not gonna be a problem with the form.
I think crossfit will make me grow a lot more in my training as you train not only strenght but plenty more things like agility, speed, endurance, etc..

So much real life.

90% of people that do crossfit have AWFUL form and technique and have no idea of what theyre doing.

crossfit wouldnt be my first choice if I would begin training, there is a lot of new people going there without any experience, and they often injured or burn themselves

I think crossfit is a good workout for athletic people who are decently in shape and have an idea of what they're getting themselves into. Throw average joes in there and tell them to toss heavy weights in the air 100 times and then do 200 box jumps and do it all over again is a recipe for disaster and injury.

what also bugs the shit out of me at crossfit is the cult aspect of it. I guess certain people may enjoy that sense of "belonging" to something and they get motivated by it, but personally, when I exercise, I don't want anyone telling go go go or you can do it, I challenge myself for myself, not because others are screaming at me.

real man don't wear gloves to lift.

Not bashing you but personally my grip is horrible with gloves when it comes to heavy lifts that require a strong grip. Can't properly wrap my hands around the bar , the shit keeps slipping out cause of the gloves

get a good set of gloves, they wrap around the wrist and add extra support. I really just dont enjoy destroying my hands and getting calluses from heavy dead lifting

just stop training in strength than.. if you grow more doing cross fit instead of pushing plate than you do it wrong
at the gym you can do strength, hypertrophie, hyper endurance
strength is 1-6 reps + glutamine will help you to developpe that shit
hypertrophie is more 10-20 reps (best thing is to do dropset or superset) + creatine will helps you with that shit
and hyper endurance no matter the number of the reps, its a 30-60 second sequence + bcaa will helps you with that shit
if you always training in strength you will surely never grow up i only train in strenght when i do low carb diet to never downgrade with the weight that I lift
according to me cross-fit is for people who wants to maintain an high physical condition its like a sport you have to had sorta of qualification to do it, its clearly not for every1!
but if you enjoi it and you doing well keep doing it!

I was talking about going to another level, not getting bigger.
Im tired of just getting in the gym and do the same routine again and again, with the machines your kinda limited in your workout, you always endup doing squat, deadlift, bench, pullup etc..

What i like in crossfit is that you never know what your gonna do on next workout and that you push yourself alot more than when your training alot in the gym.
Personnally it a choice, im gonna go and see if I like it or not, but ive heard great things and seen great results with that discipline.

p.s. I has been prooved that glutamine doesnt do shit and it a waste of money

honestly you can continue to buy and take some, personnally for the incidence of what it gives you, would prefer to take good oil supplement and creatine than taking glutamine, that my advice..

glutamine is not the same as creatine
+oil fish omega3 is not an animo acid nothing to do with glutamine and creatine
the product you took have to be related to the training you do

Yeah, but there is still a 10% (if I remain to your numbers) that are doing it correctly. Like any other training, if you are not doing it well, you will have problems. If you take time to develop the technique, then you should be all right.

My biggest peeve about crossfit is all the facebook status updates that come with. People who crossfit must let the whole world know they crossfit.
