read the description, there was a dumbass who parked so that i cant park behind him but i still manage to do it like a boss, but on the ticket it doesn't say anything!!
 
hey man when everyone on that street is parked like selfish assholes and that this is the only place to park , i'll do it .
also watch the pictures closely, aint nobody gotta manoeuvre around my car , look at the picture and stop being homosexual

also i know because the guy lives in front and doesnt want anyone close to his piece of shit cobalt (parked in front or behind)
whatever i see that theres nothing written on the ticket so i will contest it and see what happens

Cars will have to manoeuver around you, and possibly end up in oncoming traffic in order to avoid your car.
