I liked the video!
I watched the event on the stream live and yeah, I found that a few things were pretty much derp.
If you didn't see the event you probably won't get everything.
The thing with Danny George and Tuerck where the judges deliberated for like 10 minutes on what to do. From what everyone saw, Tuerck had lost it and then blamed George for the incident, which ended up being true, but it seemed so hard to tell from the views... I also doubt a little tire rubbing in his quarter panel would prevent him from continuing his drift. There should've been a 1-more-time call.
The Lutz Performance 350Z (Moen? which had the best looking model ever with him btw) going off-course in the kitty litter, then spreading all that gravel everywhere on the next run was pretty stupid too. This is the part where he's going everywhere in front of Aasbo. Probably didn't help course's traction along with the weather.
The weather was just ridiculous from what they were saying, Pawlak's runs with Tuerck were just stupid due to that.
Then later on Gittin Jr. failing to initiate then jumping over Aasbo's front end then simply continuing to drift was awesome, but sucked for Fredric as his car was then not running good, yet he still had to compete against Gittin again...
Saito was simply amazing. And, have to plug this in, but I saw Briggs' runs with Gittin Jr and man, that 4-cyl wants to go, he pulled away from the Ford and I got shivers, but he must've been so nervous simply for facing Vaughn that he made pretty big mistakes, but the show was great!
In short: Drifting is awesome but the judges took some weird decisions over stuff that could've simply been arranged by having "One more times" instead, thus kind of ruining the show and disappointing fans.

Danny George told his spotter that he did made contact with tuerck... So that's what he told the judges and that's why they gave tuerck the win. I'm pretty sure that if Danny George's didn't admit making contact, they would've gone OMT.
