Day 27 221.4lbs

Not much change in numbers. I've definitely put on some muscle and feel a lot better. That's what's most important.

Broke 210 yesterday! Weighed in at 209 flat. Pretty happy. Haven't really worked out in two weeks though except riding my bike a little bit because Ive been pretty sick. Likely going to start up again today and see how it goes.

I'm still a hairy motherfucker though.

mais juste pour trish c'est l'inverse. Fesses, jambes, jambes, jambes, fesses, jambes, fesses, fesses, jambes, jambes, jambes, fesses, jambes, fesses, abdo, fesses, jambes, fesses, fesses et fesses.

i Fell you my hairy friend. I also hail from the hairy clan.

Seeing that you Still have a high body fat % i have a suggestion to make. What i would do if i was you , is drop your calorie intake to about 1000-1200 cals.

You make it all protein. so that would give you about 170 g of protein a day. Depending on what kind of meat and cuts you choose its very doable.

Do that for about a 6 - 8 weeks while lifting heavy at the gym. supplement your vitamins and take fish oil caps.

Some people migth tell you OMFG 1000 is so low for a man but don't worry about it. Since you have a lot of fat on and cause the 1000 cals are made out of protein you will not damage your metabolism.

By doing that you will lose a lot of weight really quick. Once you reach a more reasonable body composition (i would say in your case around 190 lbs) then you increase your calories to a more normal deficit .

Keep in mind if you stay 2 long with that much low calories you will damage your metabolism. The idea is to go intense for 8 weeks then go back to a normal diet.

Just a suggestion

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm trying to transition slowly for the eating and stuff. I'm doing a lot better than I was before I started working out again though.

I'm aiming for either 180 or 200. Not sure if I want to just lean out or try and get bigger. I'll probably just try and get to 180 and work on packing the muscle which shouldn't be too hard for me.

Just cut out all soft drinks and other bad sugars, eats lots of fruits, vegetables and protein and limit your carbs.

strong this.

I try my best. It's a bit hard with work, but I have a gatorade everyday at lunch. Need the energy. Soft drinks are pretty much gone. Only when I'm going out or decide to give myself a cheat day. Might sound really stupid, but I'm picky about the way water tastes.

edit: In the last month I've lost 8.5lbs. 4.5 of which were in one week. I'm definitely doing something right. Thanks for the suggestions though, I really appreciate it.

seeing results is the most euphoric feeling in the world. keep hustlin cuz, you made some decent progress

And like I've been telling many people; the hardest part is to start, then it is normally all uphill from there, unless you're a lazy/passive pussy that doesn't want to get laid.

I've seen that quote that goes as such:

"Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going."

Really? I could get fat and lose it 6 times a year. I get discouraged and lose motivation. Kind of like I am now. Life seems to just get in the way and then I go from a little cheat to a few days of waving the fuck it flag to just not bothering anymore.

I can vouch for that quote. It was hard for me at first but then as soon as I started noticing the results and making my routine a daily habit, it was smooth sailing for me and still is today.

I get ups and downs too depending on school/work/time of year/social life/tfwnogf

Sometimes I can go full beast mode for like 2 weeks, then one weekend of beer drinking/sisha seshes/boustan/debauchery ruins me and i have to get back into it slowly.

Check out the sugar content of Gatorade. I was surprised as I myself tried to substitute soft drinks with Gatorade. Turns out its pretty much the same...
