did you ever try metabolic-conditionning ? tried it yesterday in crossfit class, this morning, I would just enjoy dying laying down on the floor seriously..

my back is so fuckin soared, as my quads want to tear apart.. can't barely move.. Why even if I stretched before and after I still got that pain ?


Training was :
strength squats
5 x 5

4 Rounds
20 medecine ball
20 double under
20 walking lunges 45 pounds overhead plates
20 seconds hand stand on box toes in air

Gatta take those BCAA's (ameno acid shake), helps prevent the build up of lactic acid which makes your muscles sore.
 
Ça serait la solution facile.....mais j,ai déjà trop manqué, alors non.

Y-a-t-il des boissons qui désaltèrent mieux que l'eau?

Achete des BCAA, cest aussi desalterent que de leau et latenue le racakage ahah
