Hi everyone,
So I'm getting married in October of this year, and I would like the MR community's recommendations on a photographer, and a DJ. I will be having the wedding at the PineGrove Gold course. This whole wedding ordeal is already costing me upwards of 25k, so natural, I'm on a budget...not looking for something SUPER extravagant.
-Photographer - Willing to pay $1500-$2500max tx included. Obviously, the lower end is better lol. We're looking for the photographer to have an assistant, and be with us pretty much the full day for shots during preparation, the ceremony, and the party after.
-DJ/entertainer - Not really sure on pricing here. I was going to have a family friend do it and he would charge me $500 but that was a special price...I guess I'd pay somewhere between $500-$1000...I don't know if that's realistic though. Shoot me recommendations and we'll see
I'm not too fussy on the photographer...as long as the person is a professional, takes good quality pics and is equipped and creative. For the DJ/entertainer, keep in mind my Fiance and I are 24; so someone who is age suitable is what we're looking for. For entertainment, maybe a game or two, and someone that is good with people and can speak well in French and English.
