Interesting Leases on Lease Busters

I like to browse Lease Busters every now and then just to see what the going rates are. Some of the deals never cease to amaze me (and not in a good way). I suppose they could just be typos but maybe the forum can shed some light on these.

Année 2011
MarqueBMW
ModèleM3 Includes M3 Winter Kit

The buyback is what stumps me. I would never agree to such a low buyback when buying this car new. Average price of a 4 year old M3 on Hebo in Quebec is $56,000. I suppose you could see this as an opportunity to pocket a bunch of cash at the end of the lease but there are probably easier ways to make money with $72180 that you'd pay over 39 months.

Yea I always see some crazy incentives on these cars and wonder what the hell do you need to do, to be able to afford a lease of 3000$+ a month on a car.

Im not sure what you meen? 1600 x 26 is just about 40gs? If u buy at the end its a total of 60gs? Where is the deal?

I was referring to the original deal for 39 mths. The takeover isn't all that bad if the buy back really is that low.

This is actually where I got my leased car and I recommend it to many people because

A) You get an almost brand new car at times with warranty still on it

B) Pay only a portion of what it would cost you brand new

C) The best part of the deal is usually the incentive and most people have winter tires which they will give with the car
