These are brand new in the box never used 100% authentic OSRAM H4(9003), H3 and H1 rallye halogen bulbs rated 100/90 watts = 2900 lumens. NO BLUE TINT or crappy coating to reduce light output or give you blue light. This is the real deal halogen light improvement you can make on your ride without going aftermarket HID. lol!
