I paid rent and mortgage for three months on a condo and a 7 and a half a few years back. Sometimes you have no choice. Don't blame your landlord for that, you're the one that signed for a condo on June 1st, not him.

U have to pay it! U signed a lease, which is a legal document! That means u are responsible for the rent and have to pay it until that date!

Live with it, the landlord did the smart thing and got someone before u did! I surely wouldn't wait and loose rent money!

Just do a "midnight move" as soon as your condo is ready.

Ask anyone who owns apartments, it's not worth the hassle of him coming after you for 1 months rent (unless you're paying like 2 grand a month).

This might be a blessing because you don't have to rush the whole move in 1 day, you can take a month to slowly move your shit over and be organized about it
