Well on the bright side, I'm sure the guy was unconsious after being run over. He might not have felt the beheading.
 
Look at the story here when they caught those two wackos that allegedly wanted to blow-up or derail a Via train. The FBI and Canadian Secrete Services were gloating about it until it was revealed that no fancy pansy surveillance scheme had save the day, no it was a lead given by the Muslim community of Toronto about those radicals that brought eyes on them.

After that "killer fact" came to light... the story was ushered under the rug.

Well, the IRA that killed Mountbatten and countless other people as "statements" were labelled Terrorists, and they were as Catholic as the Pope.

So yeah, anyone making the claim that a murder is done in retalliation to a government's foreign policy would be labelled "Terrorist".
