I'm selling my 1989 Peugeot 405S(Mi16) that I've owned for the last 6 years. Always well maintained and babied, and garage stored every winter. Flat black, body has about 260000km (not sure cuz I changed the cluster a few times).
Repairs done: new windshield, sunroof cables, 4 rebuilt calipers, Brembo blank discs & Jurid pads (still ok), new battery, front strut mounts & bearings, left rear wheel bearing, all 3 motor mounts, heater core, blower motor resistor, both rear door actuators, new Valeo starter, ball joints, tie rods, table bushings, center shaft bearing, fuel filter, etc..
Full Mi16 swap: Mi16 engine (competition timing belt & both tensioners, water pump, oil pan baffle kit, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, both crank seals, all cam seals, low temp thermostat, aluminum crank pulley, alternator belt, ignition cap & rotor, spark plug wires, NGK plugs, valve cover painted wrinkle red, engine painted high temp aluminum), Mi16 transmission (TTV racing 9lb billet steel flywheel, Valeo clutch kit, input shaft seal, axle seals), Mi16 pedal set, Mi16 brake booster & master cylinder, Mi16 shifter & linkage & knob, Mi16 ecu chip, Mi16 gauge cluster, etc..
Modifications include: Mi16 15" wheels painted anthracite, Falken Azenis RT615 tires still in great shape, groupN rally stud and nut conversion, custom wheels spacers 15mm front and 30mm rear made from 6061 T6 aluminum, KONI adjustable shocks, Sparco sport springs, lowered rear torsion bars, Teqnik snap off steering wheel hub, MOMO steering wheel, MOMO shift boot, custom short shifter, custom 2.25" exhaust with Remus muffler & 2 Vibrant ultra quiet resonators, manual 2 speed fan switch, Mi16 leather seats, Mi16 red leather door panels, JVC front speakers, JBL rear speakers, Pioneer radio, shaved moldings and badges, K&N drop in air filter, etc..
The bad: it pulls to one side when braking, the starter wire has a loose contact, there is a rust hole in the frame that needs to be fixed, the interior needs some work.
