J'ai reçu en cadeau de tuango pour st-Eustache. Il sont en France et vu le décalage le seul moyen de les joindrent c avant 10h le matin heure d'ici. Le gars du circuit pouvait rien pour moi et en rappelant à tuango ils mon envoyé un lien et j'ai tout bouké en ligne, ça semble avoir bien fonctionné je vais le savoir le 23 juillet.
 
Je sais pas si sa va marcher tu suite, sorry pour la qualité mais ces le mieux que je pouvais faire avec la qualité que eux m'ont donner dans le dvd. Y shift 2 fois a ma place meme!! au tout debut et juste avant la fin
 
Sul coup je me disais: WTF!? mais plus jregardais le video, plus sa me frustrait... jpourrais aussi mettre le video dla ferrari avec le gars qui me crie: SHIFTTT a toute les 2 secondes hahaha

Tu arretes sur la piste sec net, le regarde dans les yeux dit bon joue avec le shifter la. Tu debarques de l'auto etmatche vers la sortie

2ieme chose il aurais shifter a ma place de meme jlaurais calissé dans le muret son casseau .
 
Wow, I'm surprised and sorry to hear about this. I actually dealt with them last summer and had a fantastic experience. I bought the 3 lap deal during the Christmas of 2011 and went to St-Eustache during the summer of 2012. I decided to drive the Lambo and the only thing the instructor told me was to not shift past 6000rpm. That is ALL he said...he never told me to slow down nor did he ever attempt to shift for me. He even lost count of how many laps I did and I ended up driving for an extra one!

Once again, I'm pretty shocked to hear about so many people having bad experiences with Racing Box. Maybe I was just lucky? :dunno:

- Got a package for Ste-Croix circuit as a gift last christmas. Purchased directly from Racing Box (no Tuango & others).
- Tried to contact them with less than a week to go before the event. No email answer. Phone always goes to voicemail. The phone line was even dead for a few days (No service. lol)
- Couple days before the event I get an email saying the event got cancelled because of tech difficulties. I need to schedule a new date. In the meantime I speak to a Ste-Croix manager and he tells me he hasn't been able to contact them for months and that they will not come to his racetrack this summer. At this point I have no intention of setting up a new date but for the sake of it I check it out and the link they gave me leads to a dead end.
- Ask for a refund by email. Get an answer saying I need to contact someone else for that.
- Email that other person. No answer. That was two weeks ago. Still no answer.

So basically people send them their money and then...good luck.

Keywords : racing box, racingbox, ripoff, steal, shitty customer service, poop, pay and certainly don't drive a ferrari, enjoy

I'll rent you my Miata, you can shift at 7000 RPMs (wont go to 8000 haha), hit the rev limiter as much as you want :)

Joking aside, I don't get why people would want to do this. Honestly it's a lot more fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow. For example, last year I drove a CTCC car on slicks at Sanair for 15-20 laps, was it fun? yes definitely. Was it fast ? yes of course. But....I just didn't have the skill to drive the car at 10/10, I was affraid it would just kill me ! But...

On the same day I drove a fully caged ex-Civic Challenge Honda Civic with 120hp. I was taking turns driving with our chief mechanic and boy was that car fun to drive: R compounds, good brakes, stiff suspension but no power. We'd hit the curbs so hard the car would take off, go through the S at WOT and get air coming off the curbs. It was just awesome !

C'est trop tard pour nous, on aurait du faire nos recherche d'avance et maintenant on es poignée a tourner en rond avec les employés de Racing Box. C'est l'enfer, ils nous on canceller vendredi, par couriel, quand on etait supposer de passer ajd. Ils auraient pus au moins appeler, en plus nous avons planifier des vacances autour de ca. Entk, notre prochaine étape c'est une mise en demeure. Je ne peut pas vous parler de l'experience de l'activité, on peut meme pas se rendre la, le staff est incompetant.
 
Ma demande de remboursement est envoyer ca fait 2 mois que jai envoyer mes dates pour le tour de piste aucune reponse ....
