Before this confrontation happened both drivers had several choices, seems both chose wrong and escalation and time wasted ensued.

Nobody wins at this here game.

At my job, and in my area, I am in contact with a lot of Hassidic Jews. One thing I will say is that they for the most part can't drive worth a shit. We have had them park every which way in the parking lot, blocking people from being able to leave, smashing into parked cars, taking 3 spots with one car, etc... I can't even believe that in the video they all just park their vans (LOL) and block the street like that, like a fucking gang.

That being said, what's wrong with the bike driver in the video? Grow a pair of balls man, I would have told this guy to fuck right off and left.

At my work place we give them free showers and free housing, yet they still complain... Oh sorry, that was in another life, too bad we stopped doing it eh?
