Bugatti Veyron from Québec - Flyby and Highway [VIDEO]

Pas pire! But... warning to the weary... if those numbers are accurate, I wonder how long the tranny will hold... There is a reason why the Veyron is capped at 1000 HP. I am not engineer but just saying... adding 40-50% more power does have some side effect down the line.

If not, cool ride.

Is it just me or he is breaking the law , proving it with a video on the internet, and shows his liscence plate at the beginning of the vid...

cars should be build to handle way more than they leave the factory with.

For example the E46 M3 and V160/V161 from the MK4 Supra. The V series can handle like 3 times the amount of power.

Overbuilt cars are nice if you're going to upgrade them, BUT overbuilding adds weight and decreases overall efficiency so I doubt the Veyron is overbuilt like that...

Everything that is high performance is built with a small margin for safety, but not 100% margin. Commercial planes, racecars, sportsbikes are all built with small safety margins. Reducing weight only makes EVERYTHING better!
