I'm with bell, tv hd + internet + landline.
Honestly I don't even know what I have anymore, billing and Customer service with Bell is a complete clusterfuck. They can't even get my name right, even after 4 years and a dozen attempts to correct it.
All I know is that if I don't call them every six to twelve months, my monthly payments could easily double.
It's pure garbage.
About one billing error away from cancelling everything and just reading books.
I also forgot to pay once, I get the collection department calling me ONE DAY after the due date and treat me like I'm a fucking crook. I told them I'd take care of it online as soon as we hang up(I pay my bills on my cell phone), they wanted to stay on the line so I can give them a reference number. What a bunch of crackheads...
Oh and the best part, they can never pull up my file with my home phone number, which happens to be WITH BELL.
