Hi,

So I have a old guy in my neighborhood that is accusing me of speeding and reckless driving in a school zone, which never happen. So he came to my home to talk with me (un vrai BS) he said, (je vais te donner une mise en demeure, jai 2 témoin, je suis un ex policier, tu va perdre ton permis mon petit criss), so I said great go ahead and get the fuck out of my driveway. 3 Weeks after this, I never passed by his house again but today I just saw this old f*ck taking note of my plate and probably taking notes on how my car looked because he spent around 5-10 mins in front of my house.

Should I call the cops and tell them about this situation or I just keep my mouth shut ?

I say get a dash cam, drive past his place, if he confronts you get it all on video. Go to the cops and say he has been harassing you like this for quite some time.
 
Harrassement and verbal abuse?

Do the first move, even if they doesn,t do shit at first, if things climb through the roof: you'll have a headstart at least
 
Thanks for the answers guys, I called the cops today, the guy at answered me said that if he comes back to my house I can sue him with house intrusion ! The least he can do is report me to the cops and they will be doing surveillance in my street.
