Ladies and gentleman, here is our latest Stance Of The Month winner. Very unique Mercedes SL55 AMG that belongs to Kamil from Chicago, IL. 11 other cars entered our contest last month, and this SL55 took the first spot by a huge margin! It didn’t come as a surprise though, right from the start it seemed like everyone knew Kamil was going to take the win. Is it because it’s a Mercedes or does the car really have the fitment to compete with all the other rides? You already know the car gets hated on by some of the AMG guys, but majority of them who are open minded have nothing but respect for the car. It’s sitting on these super aggressive set of DPE ST7′s with brushed face and polished lips, and your regular Mercedes Air Ride with some custom lowering links. No spacers, no camber, no insane offset at the moment yet it still looks killer. In order to fit the wide 10.5 inch rims Kamil had to roll and pull his fenders, which cost more than some of the cars you see on this site! We dunno about you, but that would make us hurt deep down inside if it was our car! You gotta pay to play though, right? Everything you see on the car is high quality stuff. Carbon Fiber front Custom 1 Slat Grille, as well as the carbon lip look absolutely stunning on the car, and add that nice touch.
Sitting Right:
DPE ST7s with a step Lip
Front – 19×9.5 (225/35)
Rear – 19×10.5 (245/35)
Air Ride with Lowering Links
If you haven’t noticed by now, Kamil is all about Carbon Fiber, so he finished the cars exterior off with a custom Carbon Fiber SL63 AMG rear spoiler, where he then moved on to the inside, and wrapped everything in Carbon Fiber (di-noc) to match the outside.
Apparently the 510HP wasn’t enough for this AMG guy, so he added a custom intake and exhaust along with other small things to pump out as much power as possible out of the 5.5L v8 engine! We’re just as excited to be able to share this car with you as Kamil is to win our 5th Stance Of The Month contest. What makes Stance:Nation so special is that we provide you with hot content on daily basis, and majority of it is unique and original, such as this Chi town Beast! You will be able to see this thing in Chicago, at our very first meet out there soon. We’ll be announcing a date and location very soon! Enough talking though, the pictures will do that.
