The body of German businessman and world-renowned Porsche tuner Uwe Gemballa has been found in South Africa. According to a report by the Sunday Times, Gemballa was bound and shot execution style. It is believed authorities were lead to the body by two men who were arrested in connection with his disappearance earlier this week.

Earlier this year Gemballa was reported missing after a trip to South Africa and his Porsche tuning company has since been taken over and re-launched by another group of businessmen.

After allegations that Gemballa may have been trying to avoid a tax evasion charge it appears as though the real story might be even more sinister. According to the times, “The discovery of his body threatens to blow wide open an international syndicate – stretching from Switzerland and Germany to Johannesburg – involving alleged money laundering, tax evasion, imported cars stuffed with cash and contract killings.”

''his Porsche tuning company has since been taken over and re-launched by another group of businessmen.''

thats sad for him

South Africa sounds like a real safe...BBbbbbbbbbZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

lol who cares, you know these people are up to no good anyway.
we all know there are people locally that deserve the same treatment as him and it's not in the "high-end" market

this sucks and businessmen running it now fail to them , this is horrible, hope the guy that shot him dies a horrible death with his family

sad because he was a great tuner, but he he was indeed into laundering and crooked stuff, then he kinda was searching for it.

What goes around come around Kid! & what goes up ,must go down... Sorry for saying this, whoever he was or what he did, he shouldnt have dip in crime so he would probably still be alive.

Walk straight or loose yourself.

When you play with fire you get burnt. This man was no angel. RIP to his company

After the stories of 360Forged, Toyz and now this....it seems that you can't make money as a tuner without other stuff going on....lol

Hmm, let's do business with a East-European mobster, and expect things to go smoothly during a global economic slowdown.

Great idea!

BANG!
