Subaru Really Bad service!

He calls the dealer manager a couple of hours later and gets told that because hes english and she is french that he probably misundertood her! my boss is perfectly bilingual but does speak french with a english accent. he tells the dealer manager this and then proceeds to ask if they have retrieved his dossier from Subaru west island and have they checked the car. The answer is no.... so he asks about getting a curtosey car, and is told the same thing that he was told from the service manager. at this point my boss is now incredibly angry and says that if he does not have a curtosey car by tomorrow he will file a formal complaint with Subaru Canada.

The next day the dealer manager calls him and says they have a curtosey car for him, but that he will have to pay 15$ a day for it. My boss goes to pick up the car... he asks if they have any update on his car... buy this point both the dealer manager and the servicer manager are red in the face because they now no the car is stock and that the fault starts with Subaru west island.

He is picking up his STI tomorrow... i will update when i know more.

Cet histoire ma tuer ! Voyons donc que une compagnie Mondiale peut avoir un service pathetique comme cela?! C correct de remedier la garantie quand le char est overboost tuner pis avec des mods de la mort mais bone stock fuck that shit !
 
Jaimais pas les mazdaspeed6 parce que mon chum a eu bien des probleme avec mais AU MOIN eu il on garantie son turbo avec des modification visible exhaust front pipe intercooler Bov ! Il a amener le char sur un towing avec le turbo dans les main !! Pis les piece tout eparpigner dans une boite!! Garantie osti! Fuck subie

Même avec un service pathétique, Subaru baisse pas en popularité et ils en vendent encore. Dans mon coin y'en pleut des WRX et STI.

Attend sa peu pas continer comme cela ! A la longue pas tout suite mais pt 5-6 ans le monde sans souvienne longtemps kan on se fait crosser dememe! Tk mon chum son char il est a vendre pis je te le jure que tout le monde que je connais et que lui connais personne va en acheter c Garantie!

Ya plein de monde qui ont sauté des Honda en faisant un shift de la 3 à la 2.

Quand la dernière celica gt-s est sortie avec l une des premieres tranny 6 spd sur un char abordable. Crains pas qu il y en a eu des moneyshift et des moteurs éclatés. Le monde mettait la 4ie au lieu de la 6ie...

Sur une moteur qui vire 8000rpm et défoncé sa sur un miss shift en 4ieme il faut que tu roule vite en calvertQ!!!!!

Entoucas j'ai fait un shift 4e 2e à 190km/h sur mon 135i et je confirme que mon moteur a pas sauté!! Il a du monter 1-2 secondes dans les 14-15 000rpm. Ca fait presque 12 mois, je puff pas, prend pas d'huile, aucun cognement, tire autant.

J'ai pas vu les stats, mais Subaru est un petit joueur marginal dans l'automobile. C'est le plus petit ou l'avant dernier joueur dans le creneau "véhicule automobile pour la masse". Ils sont loin d'avoir les reins très solide. Leur seul plus est que toyota détient 19% des actions, mais ça demeure que c'est marginal comme participation.

C'est pas un Subaru non plus. Si les valves flottent pas trop, tu peux t'en sortir sans que ça brise quoi que ce soit.
 
J'ai crisse la 3 au lieu de la 5 ! Jtai en 4 au fond ! Sa jamais rien faite ! Aucun check engine ! Virer comme un neuf yetais. 170000km brasser pomal javais 19ans...!

Comment tu fais pour passer de la 4 à la 2? Tu veux dire mettre la 2 au lieu de la 4...

6e smooth a 190 km/h suivant un enervage en me laissant décélérer, j,ai voulu kicker en 4e pour repartir dans les hautes sphere mais j'ai foutu en 2e comme un junior :( oui ca a décapé en sale, j'ai eu la chienne que le moteur sorte du capot et me décapite tellement ce fut violent... J'étais sur que le moteur allait être capout, j'ai pris la 1e sortie en me laissant aller au iddle, j'ai débarquer, checker si javais encore de l'huile, pas de fuite de liquide et tout était ok, j'ai rouler avec la chienne comme un curé pendant une semaine a flater et parler a l'auto pour m'excuser. Finalement aucun domage merci mon dieu...

J'ai déja fait un 4-2 aussi mais une micro seconde car j'avais encore le pieds sur la clutch et la décélération m'a fait reclutcher.

un ami a déja fait un 4-2 sur un acura RSX, je botchais avec lui moi dans un Gtii mkv, sa tête de moteur a fendu, ça pissait le prestone.

Aujourdhui jai faite un miss shift de 3 a 2.. Jai reagi vite, jai tout suite clutcher et tout semble correcte. Ca fais juste 1 mois que jai ma impreza et jai manquer plus de shift que dans toute mes autres chars.. C'est une 2004 Ts wagon, jai pensé m'acheter un short shift kit. Y'en a tu ici qui en on un sur leur impreza? En avez vous un a me suggeré? Ca vaut tu la peine?

Pour les dealership, j'ai jamais ete de ma vie.. J'ai toujours acheter used et faite la mecanique au garage du coin. Mais si jamais un jour j'achete neuf, ce sera pas une subaru! Merci d'avoir partager vos experiences.

P.s. Je vais refaire les gasket de tete bientot sur mon 2.5.. Je suis entrain de me poser la question si je devrait pas swapper qqchose de plus fiable dedans a place.. suggestions?
 
Just read a bunch of posts in this thread and will now never buy a Subaru.

I used to want an STi so fucking badly too... Amazed at the service I'm hearing about here.

C'est plate parce que jadore les modele ! La traction integrale subaru ! Mais 3000 km un moteur pis faut tu te battre pou le garantire fuck that!
