I need to fix 2 palm sized holes in my 240's Floor. Does anyone know a good shop?

I'm looking to fix the floor in my 240 so I can sell the bastard. If anyone knows a good shop or somebody who is handy with a welder could you guys please aware me. I have some price constraints so I'm looking for a good deal.
