Need some advice on this car.

Hey Forum,

Pretty new here this is actually my first post. I'm a junior mechanic learning the ropes. I was offered a car that came by my garage this week, It's a 2000 Honda Accord with 361,000KM the big issue i has here was the fact that the under body was rusted really well. I'm planning on working on this car for use as a winter car since the sale price is pretty low and not to mention the MOTOR is just clean not a single spec of dirt or rust on it.

From the pics, doesn't look that bad for a 15 year old car in quebec. Pipe after catalytic might fall off later on. If the suspension links are solid on the unibody, should be ok for a beater.

Thanks for the info I'm taking delivery tomorrow.

I'll also be replacing the bumpers and possibly just adding a body kit since the bumper in the back is cracked from a parking incident.

A friend of mine is selling his that is for this model at like 100$ so why not lol

Inspect the fron susbframe, ive seen them crack because of rust
