Exacte et il a rien inscrit, that's the fuck.....
Es ce que ca change de quoi, c'est la police se mascouche
If you have been found guilty once (either pay the ticket or get convicted in court), if you get another ticket for cellphone you're getting your license suspended 3 days.Crap....oki looks like throwing money at a lawyer to save some points....
While I was on the site of the SAQ I noticed that they could suspend ur license if ur caught a second time......seems kinda overkill...
Just don't fucking hold your cell while driving ? Is that so hard ?That makes a lot of sense
So I can't touch my GPS but people in New cars with 24" tv's in the dash could watch Netflix while they drive.
anybody get out of a cell phone ticket??
Don't be a Karen. You can't hold your cellphone while driving and you know it. Your argument of watching Netflix while driving is a pile of dogshit because you'll get arrested for having a device that cause distraction. Time to wear your big boy pants and pay that ticket. That makes a lot of sense

The screen (integrated into the vehicle or mounted on a bracket attached to the vehicle) displays only such information as is relevant to driving the vehicle or related to the operation of its usual equipment:
I'm not beeing a Karen BTW,my big boy pants are on and my adult logical brain is just trying to figure out how holding a cell phone with the GPS on is less distracting then a 12" screen in ur face with ur GPS....
And don't say cause ur holding it in ur hand cause in that case eating a sandwich or smoking a cigarette while driving should be illegal too....???
Yes you're being a Karen, you're playing the victim. It's not like you're being harassed or wrongly accused. You admited your mistake but your tiny mind doesn't want to follow tru with the chain of event. It sucks, I agree but you'll have to deal with it.I'm not beeing a Karen BTW,my big boy pants are on and my adult logical brain is just trying to figure out how holding a cell phone with the GPS on is less distracting then a 12" screen in ur face with ur GPS....

Shut up. Law is stupid strict and you know it.Don't be a Karen. You can't hold your cellphone while driving and you know it.
