I kind of agree...

I used to love it when the "Rouleau" Brothers worked there. They knew there stuff and were able to help me.

Recently, they see to only want to deal with 400HP+ cars with 4 rings in front.

Hope your experience will be better.

WTF ???

I miss the days when Chris R, Shane and Chris M worked there.. those were good times.

Rick is a good guy though, one of the only original shops around.

Shane offered me his slammed Accord to go grab myself some food while my car was getting lowered!! Now that's service  ...I declined though having never driven a lowered car, let alone a complete stranger's lowered car. lol

RMR was the place to be back in the day. Most of my stuff was bought there, and installed by them. Great guys.

We Appreciate all the positive comments in this thread, thank you.

As for the "not so thrilled" comments, I'm sorry to hear we were unable to gain your trust, respect and friendship. We do try hard, and for the minimal staff that we have, it can be difficult at times. It would be my pleasure to address your needs personally, if ever you feel to give us a call again, or drop by.

and we all miss Shane and Mark at the shop(as well as Chris and Mat, and allain gomez and many others), it really is not the same place without them. Its difficult to fill there shoes, but with everyday passing, everyone who works at RMR gains experience, and we take that opportunity to try and better ourselves in a market that is so competitive.

If anyone would like to discuss any matter further, please don't hesitate to send me a message.

Last time I was there, 3 guys at the counter.

One guy at the cash getting a receipt and talking with the three. I'm standing there waiting, took over 15 minutes for 1 of you to even acknowledge me standing there.

I believe, Rick was one of the guys with two punks who had zero people skills who had difficulty talking to anyone who wasn't a wigger.

I bought springs, strut bars, intakes from RMR back in the day....they were good. But from what I hear now...RMR has gone downhill?

Went to RMR with a friend a couple years back, got horrible service. The salesmen couldn't be bothered, they were talking to each other and to friends in the store, when asked questions, they acted as if i was bothering them.

So i went to Spark Motoring, got an awesome service, and very competitive prices on everything i bought.

I know there's a shop on st-martin in front of the flee market who were good with customer service, i forget the name though.

^before your comment was edited, it was a little rough. you could have chosen better words in my opinion.

and i should also add that no client is a waste of time. everyone deserves the same attention. just to give you an idea, i spent 30 mins of my time today explaining the difference between Motul and Elf brake fluid, which ended in a $20 sale. not a waste of time, because the client was able to make an informed decision about what he wanted to buy, and left the store with confidence. This is something we try to do every time, for the last 15 years.

again, we apologize publicly to those who feel unsatisfied with the service we have provided. Like i said, we make an effort o better ourselves at our jobs, and although this thread is a little harsh to read, I try to take it as constructive criticism.

x2

Chris is a great guy. I never had a better service. He actually takes his time listening at you and getting what you want and what you need!

If it wasn't for RMR the scene wouldn't be half of what it is now, no one has done has much for you guys has much as they did. They old times where memorable but the new staff and some of the still there old staff is working their ass off to keep that rep, I now work somewhere else but there still isn't much other places where I know 1000% sure I'm gettign my money worth. Cheap doesn't always mean you're getting a deal and expensive doesn't mean you're getting raped.
