After placing an order for computer parts on NCIX.com....

not a scam..

verify your paypal account and confirm your address on paypal and you'll be fine..

you're the one looking like a scammer (for ncix) with an unverified account and an unconfirmed address if you refuse to show some solid proof

^^ in most cases ur are right but its good to be cautious when asked these type of question . best thing to do is verify ur account , saves u alot of time and trouble in most online transactions
 
as long as its a "reputable" place i wouldent worry about it.
If its shady looking, dont go for it.
